have I stated that I havent made a mistake in my life, nor have I said that both you or Kyle havent more than proven themselves with the Z community. I havent been on the forum long enough to know about that. I simply stated that with the evidence provided, and Dustin, the customer's word, that should be enough to validate the situation, along with Kyle's view on this. Just like you stated in your post below, "Billing errors happen", so why cant he just admit that and be done with it. Last I heard in business practice the customer is ALWAYS RIGHT. Russell @ Z1 has admitted mistakes, Greg @ SZ has admitted fault, why can't Kyle @ IPP?
